AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin.
The Way They Do It
AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development experience, comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in a global learning environment.
International internships
Types of internships
Management – internships related to administration, finance, accounting, marketing, project management and HR.
Development – internships usually relate to wide variety of issues in community development.
Technical – internships related to management and development in web, software, networks, and databases, plus some engineering.
Education – internships related to promotion, curriculum development, teaching, and counseling in the education sector
Details and logistics
—Duration: 6 weeks to 18 months
—Salary covers living costs except some development internships
—It takes between 2 - 7 months to find an internship and complete the selection processes
—Application fee varies by country. In Kaliningrad it is from 9.000 to 12.000 rubles.
Airfare is usually not included

Way 2. Enter the University.
Charles University in Prague
CU was founded in 1348 by the Holy Emperor Charles IV. It is the oldest and also the largest university in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it counts among the oldest and largest universities in the world.
Studies are divided into three self-contained cycles:
—A bachelor degree cycle (usually 3 years), which leads to a Bachelor degree (Bc.)
—A master's degree cycle (usually an additional 2 years), which leads to a Master's degree (Mgr.)
—Doctoral studies (usually 4 years), which lead to the awarding of a Doctorate (Ph.D).
The Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) was created in 1990 and it is the second youngest faculty of Charles University in Prague.
Its main goal is to develop teaching and research in those aspects of the social sciences, which (directly or indirectly) relate to the public administration, or to the economic and cultural life of society.
What is the language of instruction? Do they have study programs in Czech only or in English, too?
International applicants may study in Czech language under the same conditions as Czech students. The entrance procedure will be held in Czech language. Studies in Czech are free of charge.
Some faculties of CU offer accredited degree programs in English. Studies in English are paid. Each faculty has a different level of tuition fees.
